Compassion Australia - Saving the lives of
children

Many children are robbed of their God-given
potential during pregnancy and the early years
of life. Auzion are
partnering with Compassion
Australia to extend our vision for
sustainability to saving the lives of
children.
For every solar panel installed we are donating
$10 into a child survivial project (CSP) in
Simenya / Kenya, which is intially funding
35-50 child/mother
units.
The program is based on the World Health
Organisations seven strategies for child
survival:
- Growth Mentoring
- Oral Rehydration
Therapy
- Breast Feeding
- Immunisation
- Female Literacy
- Food
- Family Planning
These strategies are vital,
as 20000 children under the age
of five die each day from
preventable causes. The CSP
program educates mothers on how
to provide a safe home
environment and age appropriate
development opportunities so
that their babies and toddlers
have better opportunities for
healthy growth. CSP is the
first phase of Compassions
holistic Child Development
Model.
