AuziMAX
AUZION are committed to
research and development. We
are currently developing a
management system code named
AuziMAX (Auzion Energy
Maximiser); which has
a dual role
of controlling renewable
energy generation and saving
energy. The AuziMAX is based on
establishing an 'energy budget'
within a home or
commercial premesis and
monitoring ongoing usage. The
system integrates with other
Eco features such as water
tanks levels, flow rates
etc.
AuziMAX is being developed
in conjunction with Griffith
University Industrial
Affilliates Program -

Stage one of the system (50
stage pilot) is
being installed in
conjunction with the
Sustainable
Home Project.
Results of the AuziMAX pilot
will be independantly
monitored via the
Sunshine
Coast Sustainability Research
Centre -

Some of the AuziMAX features
include:
- Monitor power usage
across various
categories (heating &
cooling, hot water,
cooking, lighting ..)
- Monitor power
generation from solar pv,
wind and other renewable
sources.
- Integration with Solar
PV and UPS
- Monitor temperatures,
rainfall, water
tank levels, gas tank
levels
- Set budgets for
energy and water usage
- Provide
exception reporting
mechanisms (via sms
email)
- Programmable to user
preferences
- Self learning of
appliance loads
- Control devices as
necessary to reduce wasted
energy, e.g. pool pumps,
solar hot water
bosters
- Automate devices via
remote signals from mobile
& internet
- Provide grid based
aggregation facility
accross multiple generation
sites
- Remote call out to
utility companies -e.g. gas
low, water low etc
