Auzion Installation Process

Step 1 – Register Your Interest

  1. Do you have 11m2 of space (1.5kW System) on a north-facing roof without shade?
  2. Sign up today! Fill in our simple form & a consultant will call you to answer your questions.

Step 2 – Auzion Agreement

  1. Print & Complete the Auzion Agreement as follows:
    • Insert customer details
    • Section A – select Solar System capacity
    • Section B – select system extensions you require
    • Section C – select variations that may apply to your installation address
    • Sign the Agreement
  2. Pre-authorise Deposit Payment at conclusion of cooling off period.
  3. Read & retain the Office of Fair Trading Forms as needed.
  4. Provide photocopy of your electricity bill.
  5. Hand/post/email/fax the above documents to the address supplied to you by your sales representative.

Step 3 – Pre-Installation

  1. Auzion sends target installation date, Energex 1003 & REC forms in mail.
  2. Customer signs Energex 1003 & REC forms and returns them to Auzion.
  3. Auzion schedules a site visit with customer.
  4. Site visit takes place and final system cost confirmed.
  5. Energex sends PV Network Agreement to Customer which Customer signs, retains a copy and returns original top Energex.

Step 4 – Installation

  1. Customer contacted by installer confirming installation date.
  2. Installation & Commissioning of PV system takes place.
  3. Customer receives invoice & makes final payment on day of installation.
  4. Customer receives System Handbook and instruction on system operation.

Step 05 – Post-Installation

  1. Electrician sends Form 2 to Energex/Ergon requesting meter change.
  2. Energex/Ergon install new bidirectional meter.
