Meet the Team – Russell Taylor, Call Centre Manager

Russell Taylor started out as an Auzion customer and went on to join the Auzion team in April 2010 as a Sales Representative.

With a strong background and passion for sales, later in November Russell took on the huge role of setting up the call centre, where his primary role is to manage Internet and telephone sales.

Russell likes everything about his job, particularly working with a team of great people and the challenge of working within such a dynamic environment.

Russell is a ‘family man’ and lives between Beerwah and the Glasshouse Mountains with his wife and two boys. When he isn’t out flying or studying Italian, Russell enjoys spending time with his boys and going on day/weekend trips with his wife and friends.

Favourite movie and why: Monty Python’s Life of Brian, because I love a good laugh and this movie has got plenty.

Plans for the future: To continue to grow the call centre and ensure it stays an integral, versatile and successful part of Auzion, to look for other opportunities that add value to the company and our customers, to further the education of my team and myself… oh, and to take a trip to Italy next year.
